Hi, I have moved my redirects from https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ to RankMath and my redirect has stopped working.

At website domainname.com I have a URL shortener setup with a wildcard. So domainname.com/s/* redirected to domainname.com/show/*

So is supporting your customer an optional extra? I really don’t understand how a company can launch a Pro product when they can’t even reply to a support ticket!!!
