The Product schema uses the SEO meta title and description by default as you can see in this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/bqUbtP
If you wish to use the actual product title instead of grabbing the SEO meta, you can make use of these variables for your product schema: %title%, %excerpt%.

I am using free version of Rank math. There is no option to use the %title%, %excerpt% option in the schema option. I can not update this manually in each product. So please provide the simple and easy way. And you have to make the product title and description in the default setting. Meta Title and Meta Description is not a schema part.

There is no option to use the %title%, %excerpt% option in the schema option
The Rank Math schemas are built to pick the descriptions and names/headlines from the meta description and meta title respectively.
If you wish to change this you can always use a custom title or desc for your schema.
The free version should as well have these variables where you can replace the variables manually: https://i.rankmath.com/Jw0hPZ
In most cases, the SEO Title would always get its content from the product title if you had previously used %title%as the variable. Similarly for description, if you use %excerpt% in the product SEO description this will be replicated on the schema.
This is the only way you can achieve an automatic way to fill these fields dynamically.
