    Why my Tags indexed in Google like it is showing archive check the above screenshots and tell me how to remove it.

    1) do i need my category page to be indexed i have 6 categories and 15+ subcategories, will it create duplicate content

    Can you please confirm the settings on this page, if they are matching what’s shown below?
    tags noindex rank math option
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-titles#setting-panel-taxonomy-post_tag

    If so, then did you edit the tags manually to change any of the options from the advanced tabs?

    For the categories, that depends. If you feel that you have too much content on your website and that needs better indexing/stacking so users can find the related topics easily, then you can let categories be indexed as well. You can check sites like Mashable, not only they have their categories indexed but they also rank for the keywords of their categories like ‘hotmail’.
