Currently, our plugin can only detect the table of content if it is coming from a plugin. You may refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/table-of-contents-not-detected/
However, if you are manually adding a table of content then you can also disable the test using the following filter in your theme’s functions.php file: https://rankmath.com/kb/disable-seo-content-tests/#toc-test
