If you’ll closely observe the code, you’ll see that the attribute applied to the links is not nofollow, rather, it is noopener.
The noopener attribute prevents the opening page to gain any kind of access to the original page. This is added automatically by WordPress on all external links that open in a new tab for security reasons and it is recommended that you keep it.
The noopener attribute has no negative impact on your SEO and you can safely use it.
