, rather, it is noopener
.
The noopener
attribute prevents the opening page to gain any kind of access to the original page. This is added automatically by WordPress on all external links that open in a new tab for security reasons and it is recommended that you keep it.

attribute has no negative impact on your SEO and you can safely use it.
