Why is Rankmath only picking up my title?

    I use Divi and Rankmath. I’ve used it successfully on a few sites, but my latest site RM is only picking up the title. I’ve tried creating a layout in my theme builder etc noting seems to work. How can I fix this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I can see that you don’t have other metas like the description.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If I use the default builder, it picks up the wordcount / article. As soon as I switch to the divi builder it discards the data. I go from 1000 words to 14 (title only). Super irritating
