If you notice other 404s on that stats page, you will notice they are all relative (without the domain name).
So, when you see a 404 on your main domain name, that actually means someone or a bot tried to access your website at https://example.com/https://example.com
You can safely ignore this 404. There is nothing to be worried about.

I do have one question more:
I can see with your plugin how Impressions, Clicks and Keywords i have in the last 28 days. But Google Analytics, Statify and Site Kid shows me more. What can be the reason for that?

The statistics shown in Rank Math’s analytics section would not fully match Google Search Console/Google Analytics or other mentioned tools as we only track posts and keywords that rank below the top 100 positions in the selected timeframe. We do this as the top 100 position data is actually the data that would help you in decision-making for the website.
