    I just paid for RankMath Pro now. However, it’s still showing only the free version on my account.
    Can you please check on that?

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? Also, please share the email address you have used upon purchasing.

    I thought I purchased using h*******@p*************, which is the correct account. However, after purchasing, it seems to show that I purchased using h****@h***************, which is NOT the one I want to use.

    I just forwarded my receipt to s******@r*********** now. Please let me know when I’ll be able to use RankMath Pro with h*******@p*************, since I have multiple websites connected using h*******@p*************
