why I cant use the credits I buy

    Hi, I buy 50 credits for use in my website at joaolamares.com, but wen I try to use the credits, the system returns a message “You have used all the free credits which are allowed to this domain”.
    So? I know. Because that I buy the new credits!
    Can you help?

    To troubleshoot the issue, please navigate to your website’s WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. On this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Once done, please check, if the Content AI credits have been updated.

    Do not work. I try 2 times and always the same message:
    “You have used all the free credits which are allowed to this domain”.
    Don’t worry. Can you retire all my 50 credits and refound me. Maybe latter I can consider the pro account (but not for now).

    In fact my website is slowest before I install RankMath. I request one analyze to my technical staff but probably I need to uninstall your plugin. So the refund its now the unique possibility.
