It is due to the breadcrumbs. Google will show the URL like that if it detects your site using the breadcrumbs. If you disable them, Google will show the normal URL.

i have disabled breadcrumbs, taxonomies, categories, however google is throwing up results with URL containing the taxonomies; 😉

This is related to your permalink settings. Please head over to WordPress dashboard> settings> permalinks and change the structure how you wish your URL s to appear

Hi,
You are mentioning the category names on your posts that is causing Google to pick those and show them in the SERPs.
Please check the screenshots I shared in the sensitive data section.
You should remove that section from your posts if you do not wish Google to pick the category name. You can talk to your theme provider if you are not sure how to go about doing that.
