Which plan and 0 credits

    Hi!

    I’d like to try the Content AI features by when I go to a blog post it shows 0 credits. How do I get the five free credits to try it out?

    This is what I show for version:

    Version 1.0.76.1
    Database version 1
    Plugin subscription plan Free
    Active modules link-counter, seo-analysis, sitemap, rich-snippet, 404-monitor, image-seo, analytics, instant-indexing, content-ai

    Also, for Content AI credits. Are the credits all you can use for a year? So basically to decide on the plan to purchase, if only for the credits, it should be based on the number of posts/pages (assuming researching only once per post/page) I plan on publishing for the next year?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You have already got 5 Free Credits with the Rank Math Free plan.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math Business account.

    After doing that you should be able to trigger this feature by following the steps here:

    Content AI Credits won’t be renewed yearly.

    All users will get free credits on their respective subscriptions.

    For example, if you are on a Free subscription, once the 5 credits are exhausted, you need to purchase the credits.

    We’re currently working on the credit purchase system and we will roll it out soon.
