where is my download link

    I apparently have an account ?? I have the free version on my website and decided to purchase the Pro version.
    I used a different email address (not realising I had an existing account under g**********@n****************). To download I used j************@x*********. I cannot find the download to use. When I say download, other than a receipt, I have nothing.
    Can you point me in the right direction. I did all this yesterday. Kind regards – John Hanlon of Napiertours.co.nz

    It seems like you purchased the plan with some other email address as I noticed in your profile, you are still using the Free plan.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and confirm the purchase?

    Hello,

    We have merged the accounts under a single email address which is the one you used to open this ticket.

    This way the PRO subscription is now also on this account and you can download the plugin files from here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
