Where is my Content AI download?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

As soon as you purchase a Content AI subscription, your credits will be added to your account. So you don’t need to download it like a plugin.

Content AI is integrated as a module within the Rank Math SEO plugin, so you can access it by enabling the Content AI module from the Rank Math dashboard to start using its features.

To get started with Rank Math’s Content AI, you need to enable the Content AI module. Head over to Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Modules inside your WordPress admin area. From the list of available modules, enable the Content AI module as shown below:

Can you please confirm to us if you’re seeing the correct number of credits when you log in to your rankmath.com/my-account/websites?

You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
