Where are all the credits???

    My plan shows that I have no more credits. I don’t think this is possible. It’s only 1 credit per word right. I looked everywhere to see a history of used credits, but I couldn’t find one. Also your website says that I can see credits available and credits used from my account, and I can’t see that. It just says 0 credits available. I haven’t written much lately, I don’t think I could have possibly used them, so where did they all go?

    Honestly, I’ve just cancelled my subscription because this thing seems so glitchy. Is there anything you can do to just make it work?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI and click the little circling arrow to update the credit count.

    I have clicked on the little reset circle, and it does nothing. I really think there is something wrong with my account. I can see in the history the word count of anything I have ever used content ai for, and while I didn’t use a calculator, I can tell that I have not used 5000 credits since I subscribed in October. So there are credits missing for some reason, and I would like to be able to use them.

    Will you please research this and correct my account to show the credits that I should have.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Please ensure that your Rank Math plugin is already updated to the latest version:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/free

    If the issue persists, please follow these steps:

    1 . Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. To connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . Once all the above steps are done you might need to refresh the credits again this time to start using Content AI.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
