I checked your site with the Twitter Card Validator and it is returning an error:

It seems like Twitter is not able to access your site and that’s why it is not generating the preview. Please get in touch with your host and ask them to check if there is a firewall that is blocking Twitter.

Hi there is nothing to do with the server, in fact, they mention that might have to do with WordPress Admin > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post Formats page, the Format Archives Robots Meta was set to No Index.

However, after changing that to index and emptying the cache of the server the issue persists.

Miguel, thanks for that and the validation tool. I can see no image is being shared which is precisely the issue my client is raising.

I guess this is to do with the WebP images? it is very inconvenient.

Hello,

I tried to investigate the issue but Twitter is again unable to fetch the page. The timed-out error is shown.

Please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the following (or higher) PHP values are set:
```
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
```
Also, upon checking the page’s source, I found that the same image is used for Twitter and Facebook and it is of the type JPG. Also, the dimensions of the image are 1024px X 576px.

The recommended dimensions for social images are 1200px X 630px. Please set the image of the recommended dimensions and of the format JPEG or PNG or GIF.

Once done, clear your website, browser, and server’s cache (if any) and see if that fixes the issue.
