The characters you see that are preceded by % are UTF-8 (or even UTF-16) character encoding. Since URLs are pure text strings, simply sending सॉफ्ट-स्पंजी-ढोकला won’t show. This raw UTF-8 encodings will show. But rest assured those URLs will work fine.
P.S. the URL you shared seems to end up with connection time out.
