  • Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with Rank Math. It seems like you are experiencing issues with the SEO analysis showing red marks despite following the best practices.

To address this, we recommend checking a few common reasons why your content might still be marked in red:

    1. Keyword Stuffing: Ensure that you are not overusing the keyword excessively throughout your content. It’s essential to maintain a natural keyword density.

    2. Content Quality: Make sure your content is well-written, engaging, and provides value to the readers. Thin or poorly written content can impact your SEO score.

    3. Technical SEO: Check for any technical issues on your website that might affect SEO, such as broken links, slow loading times, or mobile-friendliness.

If you have already covered these aspects and are still facing issues, it might be beneficial to review your content strategy and consider seeking assistance from our support team by assigning this ticket to a human agent using the available buttons.

Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your patience. If you need further assistance, feel free to let us know.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please confirm if you are using any page builders on your site? If so please let us know which page builder you are using.

However, please note that if you are using a page builder not supported by Rank Math yet, then you would need to contact the developer of that page builder by showing them the following link: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

This will allow Rank Math to read the contents from your page properly.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

On both the blogs I do have this issue I’m using a page builder (elementor and DIVI) but only for the pages not on blog posts

Also, I’m not a developer so the link with the the content analysis no use to me

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings to investigate.

Please share the affected URL where we can see the issue and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We deeply apologize for the unexpected delay in response.

We checked your website and looks like the focus keyword did not exactly match your content and that’s why the tests were showing as failed. However, we copied and pasted the focus keyword, and now most of the tests are getting passed without any issues.

Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

For the remaining tests, we would suggest you follow our detailed guidelines on how you can pass them: https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/

Regarding the Focus Keyword in the URL test, you can ignore this as WordPress itself doesn’t support the Scandinavian letters in the URL.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

thank you, still ave the same problem with rankmath not recognizing the keyword in the description alt of the image.
    Anyway thank you

    Hello,

You can copy the focus keyword and paste it in the ALT text of your image and see if that works for you.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
