    First the special doesnt work and now i’m not getting the credits I paid for??

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issues you are facing with AI Content.

    Regarding the credits, if you are not receiving the credits you paid for, please ensure that you have refreshed the credits in the Rank Math settings. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits as shown in the screenshot below:

    Once you have refreshed the credits, please try using AI Content again. If the issue persists, please let us know so we can assist you further.

    Please update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version (if not yet): https://rankmath.com/changelog/free

    Then, disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
