You seem to have your homepage showing latest posts and it seems to be paginated in a weird way, such that page 2 is linked in the previous button, and page 3 and so on…This is likely a design issue.
To avoid duplicate title for your paginated pages, you can head over to your title settings, either on page metabox or Rank math > Titles & Meta > Homepage if you have set your title globally and change your title to include page to be like: %title% %page%

Oh I assumed it would fix it. that page still shows up like that though. So maybe it’s not fixed?

I only see the page numbers on /page/2/
Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage and set it up like this:
%sitename% %page% %sep% %sitedesc%
