We have already seen the issue with the latest version of Rank Math about the Google account connection.
However, our developers are looking into it and will soon release a fix for this. This issue is occurring for many of our users and we expect this to be fixed fairly soon as it’s a high priority.
In the meantime, you can roll back to the previous version of Rank Math in order to avoid this issue. Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control > Rollback Version, select and Install Version 1.0.116

We have also released a version in our recent update of the plugin to fix the connection issue specifically.
You can update to the latest version and try to reconnect again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
