    Hey

    Hope you’re well

    I’m using rank math but it doesn’t seem to be updating the page url when I update and save it?

    For example on this page I have renamed it “refrigeration” and that’s what shows on my rank math plug in but it hasn’t saved and instead shows as

    https://directappliancesonline.co.uk/?page_id=32810139245

    This seems to be occurring on a lot of pages too

    There may be another plugin that completely modifies the permalink. Can you please confirm?

    Hello,

    The permalink structure on your website is set to plain which is why it is not getting changed with Rank Math.

    To change the slugs, you need to set the permalink structure to Post name at WordPress settings > Permalinks

    Please note that changing the permalinks on a live, indexed, and established site may result in a serious loss of traffic.
