Hello, my website has multiple pages. Rank Math is treating the pages as articles. How do I fix this? Also, I lost all of my meta, when I switched from All in One- how do I access this? I go to the meta tab- and see no options. Thanks for any help!

    Hi Kim,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

You can choose the default schema for your pages at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Page. You can choose “none” if you do not wish to use the article schema. But, we recommend keeping the Article schema turned on even though your website has pages.

You can import your data from All in One SEO plugin by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Import & Export

Click on the import button adjacent to the All in One SEO Pack section.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Todd,

Thanks for your response. I’m having multiple problems. I’ve watched several tutorials and imported All in One SEO.

    Problems
    1) Company name is not populating. I’ve done the set up several times, and it will not populate.

    2) Pages are listed as Posts- and blog posts are listed as pages. This is tanking my SEO ranking.

    3) How do I add meta? This was really easy with All in One. When I go to “title and meta,” it is coding that prepopulates. When I go to individual pages and add keywords and descriptioons, it still tells me to “Add meta.”

Please help! I’ve moved to Rank Math because everyone is stating that it’s fantastic! My website does have 13 pages- it’s bigger than most. If you’d like the admin password to check it out yourself- I’d happily share that!

    Thanks, Todd!

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the delay.

1). I have checked the pages on your site but I cannot reproduce the problem. I have also checked the local SEO section and the company name is correctly set as shown below:
    Screenshot

2). This problem is also not very clear and I am not sure where to check this. I’ve compared the posts and pages on the backend with the ones on the sitemap but there are no errors, the values tally:

3). Everything is also working as expected on the Titles and Meta option. Please note that you should define the variables that you would like to be used to generate your meta data on this page. Adding manual descriptions on each of your posts as you have done will override the settings on the Titles & Meta page.

    I hope this info helps.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
