You should check the competition for ranking your keywords since everything is fine on your website (about Rank Math configuration) and your site is indexed.
Maybe, since you already optimized the on-site SEO, you should optimize the off-site SEO. Like getting backlinks from important websites, doing guest posts, and so on.

the 404 monitor shows 52 hits on itelligentsolutions.io, 3 hits on sitemap.html, 39 hits on payment…. is this why my site isn’t ranking?

It is really weird those 404 errors some visitors are having when loading the homepage. You should check the uptime of your host since it could be down sometimes (so it would be the reason for those 404 errors) and if Google try to crawl your website when it is down, it won’t be able to (and therefore, you could lose some rankings).
You could use some free service like https://uptimerobot.com/ to check for a few days the uptime of the website and then let us know.
