    I tried to disconnect and reconnect my site (www.pearlsdirect.co.uk) to Google as I could see no data coming into RankMath over the last week.

    Following all the instructions I am unable to get this site back into my account. I am rather stumped as I cannot verify the site any longer using either method from your google site verification page. In the search console each verification method fails.

    I am a bit confused as well by a message on GSC saying upload this file to your site (it then suggests to upload to rankmath.com) ….

    Please choose only 1 step for verifying your site. In this case, you can follow the HTML method as we have mentioned here:

    You won’t need to upload any file by following the steps for that process as well. Also, please make sure that you have selected the correct property(pearlsdirect.co.uk) when trying to verify and remove https://rankmath.com from your GSC account since the verification you have shared is from Rank Math.

    Once done, clear your website and the server cache, then proceed to verify your website.
