  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Rank Math does not configure or add any CSS scripts and shouldn’t cause design issues. Could you also check if your theme is causing this issue? You can follow the steps in this link to determine that:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hi Reinelle,

Thanks for your prompt reply! I’ve tried that earlier this morning, and I have two questions regarding that:
    1. When I enabled Site Health this morning, I wasn’t automatically forwarded to the troubleshooting environment, which resulted in a change in my website’s theme in real-time. Is there any quick way to resolve that and go to troubleshooting mode? Otherwise, I can check with their support.
    2. If I’m in troubleshoot mode, how can I test the website? My website looks fine when I test on desktop and when I test ‘mobile’ on desktop, everything looks fine as well. It’s when I open the website on my actual phone that it looks like that.

    Thanks again,
    Marjolein

    Hello,

Is the issue resolved when Rank math is deactivated ?

If so, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello, @Microphone Globe

We are super happy that this resolved your issue. If you have any other questions in the future, know that we are here to help you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Yes, the issue is resolved when Rank Math is deactivated.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for following up.

We are getting a series of errors upon accessing your admin dashboard. Could you please check? I’ve attached the screenshot of the issue in the sensitive data section.

Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

can anyone visit my website that it’s working perfectly on your side or not. the previous issue is resolved now but the search console of that website is not growing.

    Hi Reinelle,

Thanks, could you please try to refresh? I’ve opened the link while I was logged out and I could log in.
If you still get the same error, let me know and I’ll create another link for you.

Thanks again for your quick support!

Hi team, could you please let me know the status? Thanks!

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins and the theme in the normal way and then only enable Rank Math?

See if you are able to replicate this issue because from our end – we are unable to determine the reason for this problem.

    Hi Uzair,

Thanks for your reply. I already tested the website in the normal way, because:

    2. If I’m in troubleshoot mode, how can I test the website? My website looks fine when I test on desktop and when I test ‘mobile’ on desktop, everything looks fine as well. It’s when I open the website on my actual phone that it looks like that.

I can confirm that when all plugins are disabled, site looks normal. When all plugins are enabled, excluding RankMath, site look normal. When the theme and only RankMath is enabled, site gets a different look.

Is that something you can work with? Something else that I can test?

    Hello,

The access shared does not seem to work (it is redirecting to homepage ), please update this so that we can look into this further.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hi Michael,

The default activation was for one week, it is activated again. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help!

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

Since the AMP plugin you are using is integrated to Rank math by selecting Rank math under the drop down in your AMP SEO settings, you don’t need to enable the AMP module in Rank math dashboard.

I disabled this module which seems to have fixed the issue, here is a screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/eEtgYk

Hope this helps. If you require any further assistance don’t hesitate to get in touch again.

    Hello,
