I suspect that there could be another plugin that is affecting the save action in the plugin. Please try to identify the culprit by performing these steps: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
If that doesn’t work, you can try using the Google Site Kit and disable the Search Console inside Rank Math by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard
