1. Ranking on Google can change for several factors and no one (except Google) can control them.
It can be just a temporal ranking change due to some algorithm update so you could have your rankings back soon or you could need to optimize the content and do some off-site SEO optimization.
2. We already have an instant indexing plugin for Google.

3. This will be dependent on the type of website you have and the kind of keywords that you have optimized for your category and tag pages. Categories create a structure that can further help search engines to understand your content and in this regard should be set to index.
On the other hand, if you are worried about duplicate content errors then you can opt to noindex these pages.

1. The issue on my website is not due to RankMath so you don’t have to Apologize for any thing. I only uploaded Rankmath 1 month a go but as you have seen. The Image my ranking and impressions are falling since last Dec 2019. But I haven’t been able to find any reason for why is this happening. Can you help me with That?

1. It sounds to me you got hit by an algorithm update. Google brings a new algorithmic update several times a month and the chances are great that your website got hit with that.
