1. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO
2. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:
3. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

when i normally type example.com/sitemap_index.xml
then its appear a blank page because its url is https://example.com/sitemap_index.xml
but when i put www menually (https://www.example.com/sitemap_index.xml )
then sitemap show
my problem is sitemap url not open with www by default and show a blank page you can chack on my site http://www.hindihelps/com

1. Is the sitemap working fine in your browser? You can check that by going domain(.)com/sitemap_index.xml
If the sitemap is working fine, you can try validating it on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
If the validation works, please move to the second point.
2. Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and https (or http) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.
