That can be the reason of your previous issues, it seems like some plugin is creating trouble in your website.

You could try going one by one enabling them until you find the one that “crashes” your website.

If you still don’t find the issue, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
