    Rank Math free

Dear support team of rank math.
Thanks for providing the plugin like Rank Math, I am facing a small issue which is just confusing otherwise not harming my site, The issue is when I used to go my WP admin User Area There used to be a one keyword SEO section probably archive, I have deleted the plugin a few weeks ago for a reason and then installed and configured few days later and the section in admin area I mentioned is missing now.
How can I recover that as I believe it was helpful for indexing the site in a good shape

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Which SEO section are you referring to? Could you please share some screenshots via https://imgur.com?

If you are referring to the SEO meta box, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

We really look forward to helping you.

Hi thanks for your reply, https://imgur.com/a/r7BKij2 this is the link of screenshots, Incase you cant see it for some reason let me try to explain which area I am talking about.
When you are logged in to WordPress site you hover over at the top right where it says howdy it will have 3 options username, edit user and log out so if you click on the site name or edit the user you are redirected to that area where you scroll down you see rank math gives you option of adding one keyword not as normally 5 its just one keyword a meta tittle and description and your score reach to 100. I have done that before but then I have installed another plugin and removed rank math for compression to check when I came back to rank math I lost that option while on other sites I can still see that area configured

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow up.

The screenshot you shared doesn’t seem to load from my end.

Could you please check and also add you WP logins and FTP access in the sensitive section so we can check this issue closely?

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

We really look forward to helping you.

I better leave it, thanks for your time bro, it took me weeks and I am failed to make you understand what is the issue, I am really obliged by rankmath as its the only free plugin and support in the industry so I am not upset but I am just surprised that why it is so hard to understand that There used to be an SEO configuration and now its missing. Where it used to be ? So in WordPress logged in site there is an area called users, where we change WordPress password, we add biographical information etc
