    i changed domain .ro to arscronica.com

    the rank pro plugin looks activated, but it has a message about not having an active subscription.

    also i see a 403 eror at the websites connection.

    can you please help?

    Then, reconnect your website to your Rank Math PRO account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect.

    Hi , thanks for your fast reply.

    You’re right, and I was not understanding why I’m in the silpad free account, with my Gmail. Anytime I get connected automatly to the free acount.

    I discovered the old email with the Pro account, created with the email: s***************@m*****.

    But now I see that I have two subscriptions (thing that I forget), buying it twice. I bought twice also AI Credits.

    RANKMATH220719-9671-35190 (on july 19)

    RANKMATH220528-4579-31131 (an order from May)

    I’ll try now to do what you said. Question: is possible to put both purcheses in one? like extending it for the next year, or should I ask for refund? The question also for AI? Could you take all the points to one account?

    it works, i connected from Pro to wordpress.

    I see now the AI credits from the old subscription, with 24 points left.

    How could i take all the AI baught with the other account only in this Pro account?

    If isn’t possible, please refund and I’ll buy again the AI for PRO account.

    Hello,

    We have transferred the credits to your PRO account. And Rank Math uses an external script for that snapshot (thum.io) and they usually update screenshots after a couple of weeks thus, it could be that the snapshot is still being cached. Your website is working fine and the snapshot should update in a few days in our dashboard.
