    Hi Team,
    We observed a charge of $244.17 on our card on 11/30/23. Despite having no active subscriptions, our card was billed. Kindly cancel our service and reimburse the charged amount. Please take the necessary action. For further information, contact us at a************@n*************.

    Checking your account, we don’t see any charges amounting to $244.17. That transaction must be pointing to a different Rank Math account.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate that account?
