That test usually checks for the presence of your focus keyword in previous posts.
If you have no posts, you can ignore that.
If you have too many posts, you must give it some time to look for a focus keyword in all of them.

You could add a new feature that says where those kws are in since if the plugin has the ability to find kws already used, he could say where, that would be a fantastic feature

Rank Math will know you have those related keywords but it doesn’t matter for the loading message you saw, it is just (in your case) due to the amount of posts.
About the feature you are talking about, I will inform the dev team about it so hopefully it can be added in a future update.
