Was unable to cancel subscription from the dashboard

    Hi,

    I have been charged for the Content AI Plan $119.88 today. I had previously canceled my SEO subscription and at the time looked to ensure I didn’t need to cancel the AI subscription separately. At the time (like today) there is no separate button to cancel the AI subscription and therefore I would suggest this is misleading as anyone canceling the SEO, would also presume that the supporting elements like AI would be canceled too.
    I’m disappointed that I’ve been charged a substantial fee for a product I believed I had canceled and would ask you kindly refund me

    Please advise.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
