Warning on Organization Structure Data

First of all, both of them are just warnings and not errors. Which means, it has no effect on the Rich Snippets.

Secondly, as the warning suggestion, those two properties cannot be used with “Organization”. You have to use some other type of business type to get rid of the warnings:

Or, just skip entering the Maps related fields if you are adamant about using the Organization business type.
