    Hi! I’m getting some significant errors on some of my blog posts and I’m trying to figure out how to resolve it. Here’s an example: https://emberand.co/brand-consistency/

    Errors I’m seeing on frontend:

    Any idea how I can resolve this? I’m using the Oxygen Builder plugin/theme, if that’s relevant 🙂 Thank you so much!

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I’ve tried swapping out the theme and deactivated all other plugins and I’m still seeing the issue. As mentioned, I’ve added my WP and FTP login credentials. I really appreciate your help!

    Hello,

    Thank you for that information.

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that there was something wrong with the Schema setup. We have removed the schema on the affected URL you have shared and added the Article schema and that seems to have fixed the issue. I’ve attached the screencast in the sensitive data section and you can do the same steps for the other affected posts as well.

    Since there’s an error upon editing those pages using the block editor, I’ve installed the Classic editor so we can reapply the Article Schema. Once you have already fixed the other posts, you can deactivate that plugin and switch back to the block editor (Gutenberg).
