Warning Errors in Google

    Hi,

    I got a few errors from google regarding the schema on a couple of my products. But I have many products and I only get these errors for two of them.

    I checked in Rank Math schema and I have entered all the information properly (where there are fields to enter it). I updated the post and retested just to make sure but it didn’t work.

    I don’t enter the “priceValidUntil” field because it will always be valid. And none of my other product pages have an issue with this.

    For “aggregateRating” and “review”, there isnt a place for me to enter those things in RankMath that I can see. And I use WP Customer reviews plugin.

    Here are the errors I am getting.

    Rank Math takes the schema data from your product pages automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content. Likewise, the aggregateRating and review fields are taken from your actual product reviews that your buyers/customers leave on your products.

    If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.

    Please acquire some reviews and ratings to get rid of the aggregateRating and review warnings.

    You can fix the SKU and availability issue easily as well:

    You can fix the gtin error by installing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-gtin-ean-upc-isbn-for-woocommerce/

    You can fix the description error by entering a product short description from the product edit page.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Though it doesn’t really help me.

    I already have all that information filled out, but I do not use woocommerce so my product pages are just normal wordpress pages. I fill out all that data using the “Product” schema in the rankmath plugin.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    The errors are stemming from WP Customer Review plugin since it is set to “Product” review format. This plugin is adding duplicate product schema on the page.
    I have done some tests by disabling Rank Math’s rich snippets module and the review errors are still reported on the structured data testing tool.
    Please get in touch with the author of this plugin so they can advise on this.
