    Hi RankMath-Team,

    my eyes growing big, as I saw in Google Search Console the entry:

    /wappointment-sitemap.xml

    Oops. I am using Rankmath for Sitemaps. I had a look if it is a user mistake or if the plugin is doing this. 

    Maybe you could have a look, too? I asked also the plugin team (https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/wappointment/) if it is (failed by design) possible to generate a sitemap for Wappointment because of RSS-Feeds or similiar.

    I asked also: And do you know why I have this site in the sitemap? ?wappointment=wappointment/ 
    My redirect 301 in RankMath “gets no function”, too. It should redirect to (see hidden URL). But no chance.

    Just to be sure, since it is generating a sitemap and you don’t want it, did you go to the Sitemap settings and disabled its sitemap generation, as I show you in this screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/jQI8Sg ?

    Thank you so much. In germany we would say: “I’ve got Tomatoes on my eyes” – couldn’t see it.
    Now I got so much and nice support of you and of Wappointment in the same “minute”, I could resolve the problem.

    For the community I give a screenshot of my installation. Because it is not in another category or product or … it is a second “Beiträge” which means “articles” aka posts.
