    Hi!
    I’m getting the sitemap is html error in search console, so I went ahead, read your recommendation, Yes I am using W3, so I read the follow up link in w3 documentation to creating a new user agent; but it wasn’t clear to me.

    So my question is: how exactly can I create the user agent group in w3 total cache with necessary fields for rank math? What should I put in these fields: Enabled, theme, redirect users to, user agents [googlebot for this field I assume] and any other details I should know about.

    I did a bunch of things that apparently one of them worked! I verified search console again by adding the html code to the header of my home page, and in w3 total cache in Performance > Browser cache > 404 error exception list I added the links of my sitemap “sitemap_index.xml”
    Neither worked right away but the next day the error was gone from search console.
