    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    1. I’ve checked your page using Google’s Rich Results test tool, and it seems that there are faulty video schemas being added by one of your plugins or active theme.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    2. This should be fixed by following the steps above as Rank Math’s Video Schema already includes the thumbnailURL correctly to your site.

    3. For initial troubleshooting, please make sure that your sitemap is not getting cached. Please follow these steps:

    -Ensure you’re using the latest version of your plugins/theme including the Rank Math plugin.

    -Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    -Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:

    Hello,

    thank you for your help.

    1. we’ve tried as advised :

    Unfortunately, only with theme and rankmath, the issue still remains

    2. Not fixed indeed.

    3. we did so, better. need to wait until full indexation of all pages, as it says 28 are not indexed yet, not started validation.

    To resume :
    – we still have 102 videos not indexed because of “no URL of thumbnail”
    – we’re having 22 videos not valid on site because 4 reasons :
    the fields >
    “thumbnailUrl”
    “name”
    “description”
    “uploadDate”
    are missing.

    As our website is based on videos, we need to be totally good at video’s SEO, and all related stuff.

    We really hope you can help us to solve those issues.
