  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you please confirm if you’re using a template for your 404 pages?

Meanwhile, try recreating the Rank Math tables for initial troubleshooting. Please click this button in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#recreate-missing-database-tools

Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again if the 404s are getting logged.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

After some search, the issues is that my theme is based on wordpress timber that does not use get_header and is not a block theme.

has to force the hook to wp_head (by changing rankmath code).

Not a great solution, but it works until next update

    Hello,

The get_header/wp_head needs to be initialized for our plugin to add an entry to the 404 monitor page.

With that said, we are glad that you are able to resolve it for now. We have noted the issue you are experiencing.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
