Hello,
I’m the Digital Content Director for Beasley Media Group (BBGI). We recently installed your plug-in on our 65+ WordPress sites and have trained our 180+ content creators on how to use the tool to improve SEO on their organic site content.
Some content creators have run into some issues when using the tool and are unable to get past certain errors. I was wondering if I could set up a call with someone from your team to better understand functionality and RankMath Best Practices.
Just a few of the issues we’ve run into:
-If a focus keyword that contains multiple words is not written verbatim exactly in the SEO title and throughout the content, this will appear as an error in RankMath, even though Google has ranked the article in the #1 spot on the #1 SERP. Is the tool not intuitive enough to consider non-consecutive keyword words?
-Several users are unable to pass the paragraph length test. Is this test considering character count in HTML or visual view from within WordPress?
-Several users are unable to pass the power words headline test. Is this test only considering usage of the power words RankMath has included in your own list?
-Would all of the issues above be solved by upgrading to the Pro version of the tool?
-Is there more real-life SEO consideration with the Pro version of the tool, meaning does the Pro version actually scan Google and other search engines to “test” the focus keyword the user has entered and make suggestions for how they can improve the keyword? Also, does the Pro version make in-article suggestions, such as where to add the focus keyword, subheadings, links, etc.
Thank you so much for your time. As I said, I am hoping to talk to a RankMath representative by phone/Zoom/Teams, as we are training many content creators on your tool and want to have a better understanding to get the best possible use out of it.
