    Hi,

Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Is the GSC account you use set as an owner of the property you are testing it on?

Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and https (or http) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

heres what i have, but….. when i click on open sitemap , its blank

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

Could you please re-verify the site property once again using your current email address to tell Google that you are a property owner in order to fix the permission errors?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I am also having this issue. I have verified all versions of the website. Yet, when I refresh sitemaps, I get the error message mentioned above. I have reauthorized rankmath and the wizard keeps picking the http version without the www. How do I rectify this please?
