  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

This error suggests that you might be using a different email address on this domain property. Please ensure that the email address that you used to verify is the same one you are currently using.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Thank you for responding

The e-mail registered in WordPress is the same as Google Voice

Note: the DNS domain has been changed to CloudFlare, and after that I think this problem has occurred

It sounds like you are using the domain property method of verifying your website.

You will need to add the TXT records in CloudFlare as well in order to make it work.

You will need to add the TXT records in CloudFlare as well in order to make it work.

i already add TXT records in CloudFlare

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of this issue? Or, perhaps a screencast created using

We would love to take a closer look at this. Just curious, have you tried to disable Rank Math’s sitemap and use some other sitemap plugin to test it temporarily? Perhaps this isn’t caused by Rank Math?

    Let us know.

I actually tried to stop Rank Math
And I tried adding another SEO

The add-on did everything at its best work and without any error
Whether contacting Google, creating a sitemap, or Google Counsol

This is a screenshot of the error

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

This is likely as a result of the verification method that you are using. Could you please test a different verification method?

Can you confirm that the error is also reported on your search console dashboard when you have Rank Math activated?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I’ve tried choosing more than one sure method for Google

i will the error is reported and i say to you what result

Please make sure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (http or https, www or non-www).

Then, please make sure that the Google account you used to connect your Google Search Console profile is the same one you have used to verify your domain on GSC.

If it still doesn’t work, we have found that using a different Google account to verify your domain and connect your website usually works. Or, you can try using the Google Site Kit if it still won’t work and disable the Search Console inside Rank Math by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

I hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Everything I tried was tried but the result is the same
    Sitemap shown

    * The site was tried without www and without http
    * The site has been confirmed by another confirmation method
    * The mail has been changed
    * The addition of the Google Account has been changed to another account
    * The add-on has been removed and installed again

But in the end, nothing is new, as is the problem

If you used the newer DNS-based verification method to verify your site in Search Console, then the submitted sitemaps list will not be available in Rank Math. Sites that have been verified using that are not accessible through the Search Console sitemaps API. Until Google adds support for that, we cannot show the Sitemaps list within your WordPress dashoard.

If you did not use the DNS verification and the submitted sitemaps are still not showing up in Rank Math > Search Console > Sitemaps, then first of all please go to Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console and click on Deauthorize, save it, and then authorize again, and save the settings once again.

You can check if the sitemap is working correctly on your site or not by visiting the sitemap_index.xml URL in your browser. You should see something like this: Clicking on the individual sitemaps should work too.
What you see in the Sitemaps report of the Search Console should reflect that: when you navigate to the Sitemaps report, you should see only the sitemap_index.xml listed there, and when you click on it, you should see the list of individual sitemaps included in the sitemap index.

You don’t have to submit the sitemaps manually, Rank Math should take care of that for you. If for any reason Rank Math did not submit your sitemap index correctly, then you can correct it in the Search Console manually, by submitting only the sitemap index and removing all the other sitemaps submitted.

I am using the latest DNS-based verification method to verify your site in Search Console
In this option the word Sitemaps will not appear in Rank Math >> Search Console? True

Sitemap is working properly on my site and sitemap already exists and working properly

I have been forced to submit sitemaps manually, and Rank Math does not handle this for me. I am adding manually

But now: sitemap does not appear in Rank Math >> Search Console once and for all, so I don’t see this option in Dash Board.

I have a site that works in both Arabic and English
Arabic is the main language on the site

I translate the site by plugin Translate Press
Please note that I using SEO Pack Add-on From Translate Press
    In plugin, SEO Pack Add-on
I Have this chose : Enable the hreflang x-default tag for language, I chose Arabic Is this true ?

I have added the sitemap to Google but I do not find in the map or Google articles English or translated pages
Do you have a solution to add a map in English?
Or what is the way to activate the archiving of English pages and articles?

TranslatePress has already added compatibility for Rank Math. The URLs will be included in the Sitemap. You can confirm that from your sitemap.

If not, please link us to the URls that are not included in the sitemap.

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you for your help
    I appreciate your great efforts

Now Sitemap is hidden in Rank Math and I don’t see it !!

    Unfortunately Todd,
Sitemap does not include English language links for my site only Arabic

A link has been added to review the site

    Please wait thank you
