Yes, you can use 301 Redirects plugin to manage redirections just make sure you have disabled the Redirections module from the Rank Math Dashboard by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard:

You can use both plugins together but to avoid plugin conflict, you should not use two plugins with the same functionality. Rank Math gives you the freedom to use any other plugin side by side that may be convenient to you. All you have to do just disable that module from Rank Math Dashboard.

You can easily import the redirections from the redirection plugin in Rank Math > Status & Tools. Here’s a link for more information:
