URL with + not working

    …is URL entered as destination. You modify the + to a space (which is technically accurate but may be causing the problem here…

    In debug mode, the space is converted to a %20 and the redirection works after the timeout.
    But in an incognito window or Safari (I used Mac Chrome) the destination server doesn’t understand what you are actually passing and gives an error.

    Turn debug mode off, and in the same administrator window (not incognito) the redirect fails again. So…?
