URL is not on Google: Indexing errors

We have recently added RankMath and are now experiencing indexing issues. From what I can see in the settings the Global Meta is set to “Index” and I can’t see any other settings which would result in the page being marked as “noindex”.

However, when I check the source code of the page: https://babydocclub.ie/pregnancy-newborn-guide/ there is a noindex tag injected into it.

Naturally, we’re keen to fix this ASAP as all our pages are no longer indexable by Google or other search engines.

Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to help troubleshoot this issue.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I tested this URL through Google’s Mobile-friendly Test tool and it is crawling the page and did not detect the noindex tag. Kindly take a look at this screenshot:

Also, I viewed this page source and I was not able to find a noindex tag. Rank Math is outputting an index robots meta tag. Please wait for some time before Google crawl this page again and indexes it.

We hope that helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you

    Hi Azib,

Thanks for the quick response. I realised that I was logged into WordPress when viewing the page source and when logged out there is no “noindex” tag like you mentioned, so all good there.

I’ll wait for a few days and retest within Webmaster Tools and hopefully all will display properly in there too.

Thanks for your time and help
