URGENT to UNDO 410 redirection set by mistake

hi, by mistake I set up permanent deleted (410) on the “en” 404 monitor and my https://www.cosimomendis.com/en/ page gives now a 404 page not found!
I tried to fix it and I made a second mistake: I permanently deleted from redirection log the “en”…
I do not know how to undo the permanent deleted “en” redirection since I deleted permanently from the rediretion log.
But I urgently need to restore that url (en – http://www.cosimomendis.com/en/). The page exists on WP but the pemanent link gives a 404 page not found.
How could I fix? That is my English home page!
