[Urgent] sitemap_index missing

    Hi
    my sitemap_index.xml file is missing, post_sitemap.xml and page_sitemap.xml exists but sitemap_index.xml returns a 404 error I have tried going into RankMath settings and clicking save changes in the hope that this will fix the issue but the sitemap is still returning a 404 error?

    How do I regenerate a sitemap_index.xml file

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.
