I have talked to judgme about this issue and they say this is because ProductGroup.
There are two types of product: Product and Product Group. Ideally, it should be only Product.
My product is variable product. Why is this happen?
Judgme says the aggregateRating working as expected, the only problem is because of ProductGroup.

    Looking forward for your answer,
    Thankyou

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the ratings not displaying on Google Search. Thank you for raising this concern.

From your description, it seems that the presence of the ProductGroup schema might be causing the aggregate rating to not display correctly. Google guidelines specify that the Product Schema should only be used on pages that contain a single product. If your variable product is being treated as a product group, it could lead to the warnings you are seeing.

To resolve this issue, you can remove the Product Schema from your product categories. Here’s how you can do that:

    1. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Product categories in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Scroll down and enable the Remove Snippet Data option.
    3. Click Save Changes.

After making these changes, make sure to clear your website cache to ensure that the updates take effect.

If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for your patience, and we hope this helps resolve your issue!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Rank Math support.

Google now recommends using the ProductGroup schema for variable products. As a result, Rank Math has made the ProductGroup schema the default for variable products.

If you prefer not to use the ProductGroup schema for your variable products, you can switch back to using the Product schema by creating a custom schema template and assigning it to your products.

We hope this clears up any confusion. Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
